Welcome to The West Kirby Tap, a real ale house in the centre of West Kirby. But were more than just beer! We are dog friendly and a great place to visit after a walk on the beach to enjoy a hot drink in front of our log burner. Our kitchen is now open every day of the week serving our delicious freshly made stone baked pizzas & plenty of other small nibbles, they all go hand in hand with Spitting Feather’s award winning beers.

Securing our fifth consecutive Good Beer Guide place this year, the West Kirby Tap continues to cement itself as a pub with beer selections to titillate the tastebuds of even the most discerning drinker.

Walking into The West Kirby Tap you are greeted by 8 hand pulls (7 cask, 1 cider), 4 Keg lines, 2 choices of continental lager & a wide selection of canned and bottled craft beers. Each pump offers its own style of beer what ever day of the week, from session pales to stouts and porters. The only permanent fixture is from our parent brewery, Spitting Feathers. We pride ourselves on supporting our local brewers and make a point of not buying beer from too far away, we are lucky to live in an area with so many fantastic local brewers.
