If your order includes alcohol and is intended as a gift, the recipient must also be 18 years or older. An adult above the age of 18 must sign for the delivery.
We strive to maintain accurate pricing information on our website. In the event of an error, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price.

**Payment**
Payment for orders can only be made using credit or debit cards at the time of ordering. Card payments are processed through a secure server. We do not store your financial details, and your personal information is not shared with third parties. Orders can also be paid by cash on collection from our location at Common Farm, Common Lane, Waverton, Chester, CH37QT
**Delivery**
We offer free delivery of beers, spirits, and cider with a minimum order value of £40, including VAT, within the Chester and Wirral area on weekdays. Please allow a few working days for delivery. While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot accept liability for delays.
We are unable to deliver beers and cider outside of the specified area mentioned above. However, orders for spirits can be delivered throughout the UK (except Scotland) via a courier service, which is subject to charges. Please allow a few working days for delivery.
If a customer requests a delivery without contact to a safe place, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the location is secure, concealed, and inaccessible to individuals under 18. The customer acknowledges that Spitting Feathers Limited cannot be held liable for theft, injury, or any other consequences related to the delivery.
Customers are responsible for reporting goods damaged in transit.
Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed outside the specified delivery parameters stated during checkout.

We cannot offer compensation for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.
